Refund, Returns, & Exchanges 

All THIRTY1 jewelry and timepieces are final sale because each orginal THIRTY1 piece is made to order, vintage, or one of a kind. We want you to love eveything about your jewelry you purchase from us. You can always contact us for any additonal questions, pictures, videos, or to talk through a piece you love at info@thirty1jewelry.com.

Repair Warranty

THIRTY1 will repair all THIRTY1 original pieces within 1 year, at no additonal cost. After one year, the customer will recieve a quote for the cost of the repair. The customer will then have the choice to repair the piece with us or with their local jeweler. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. 

 

Watches

All watches are subject to the same 1 year repair warranty. Our warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer warranty, and will cover internal movement defects. The standard manufacturer warranty does not cover theft or loss of the watch. Normal wear-and-tear or damage caused to the watch by accidents or mishandling/mistreatment are also excluded, as well as damage caused to a watch due to submersion in water which is against the manufacturer's guidance. In particular, wear of the watch strap is not covered by the warranty. Any modification of a watch by the addition or substitution of components by aftermarket products which have not been provided by the manufacturer will also invalidate the warranty. The use of aftermarket components can severely compromise the technical performance, reliability of the watch.

 

If your watch has developed a fault, you can send it to us for inspection. If the repair is covered by warranty, it will be repaired free of charge. To begin the warranty return process, please email us at info@thirty1jewelry.com, providing as much information about the fault as you can. A member of our team will then contact you to arrange the repair.

 

Authenticity 

Before any watch is posted to our website and sold, it is checked by two highly qualified authenticators specializing in timepieces for over 30 years. The authentication of every timepiece is thoroughly inspected to ensure that the details meet the manufactures established standard. We stand by our authenticators and the authenticity of every timepiece we sell. 

 

Cancellations

All Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. All sales are final after the 24 hour cancellation window is closed.
