Returns & Refunds 

Every Thirty1 piece is made to order. You will have 24 hours to cancel your order after we confirm your purchase. After the 24 hour window we will not accept returns/refunds on any item.

 

Custom work 

We accept select commissions for custom work. Please email info@thirty1jewelry.com for more information.

All Thirty1 original pieces are made to order to your specific requests. If you don’t see your size just send us an email at info@thirty1jewelry.com and one of our team member will be able to help you.

 

Repairs?

We've gone the extra mile to ensure that our jewelry is built to withstand the test of time. In the rare event that one of our pieces breaks, we'll handle the repair of the jewelry at zero cost to you under the guidelines of our warranty.

This service is offered under our warranty for up to 1 year. Beyond that period, a fee will be charged for all repairs.
