Shipping & Returns

Upon receipt of your order, you will recieve an order confirmation. Within 1-3 business days a THIRTY1 team member will reach out with an order update or a tracking number. Shipping times will vary by item. If it is something we have in stock, like one of our watches or vintage pieces we can ship it out immmeditaly. If it is one of our made to order pieces please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping as each of our pieces are indivdually & carefully made. Please feel free to contact us if there is rush order, we will do our best to accomidate any delivery requests.

All THIRTY1 jewelry and timepieces are final sale because each orginal THIRTY1 piece is made to order, vintage, or one of a kind. We want you to love eveything about your jewelry you purchase from us. You can always contact us for any additonal questions, pictures, videos, or to talk through a piece you love at info@thirty1jewelry.com.

You can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of reciept. If a cancellation is not made within the 24 hour window, we will proceed with your order. All sales are final after the 24 hour canellation period has closed.

 

Domestic Shipping

All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer. We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by customer. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to.

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx, UPS or DHL and are insured at to protect your merchandise.

All packages are insured and a signature is required upon receipt.
